All About Chocolate

This class is sure to get your fingers covered in chocolate. We start by making some delicious chocolate mud cupcakes to use as our base for decorating.

During the class we make chocolate ganache, truffle pops, tuxedo strawberries (when in season) and a white chocolate mousse served in a chocolate basket.

Of course tips for chocolate melting are included, and we learn some amazingly simple decorations to give all your baking a professional touch.
